The formation of the Bengal Legislative Council has been approved. Let us inform that on Tuesday, the Bengal Legislative Assembly has passed a resolution regarding the creation of a Legislative Council in the state under Article 169 of the Constitution. Now for this to be implemented, it has to be passed by both the houses of Parliament.
Bengal Legislative council के गठन को मंजूरी मिल गई है. बता दें कि मंगलवार को बंगाल विधानसभा ने संविधान की धारा 169 के तहत राज्य में विधान परिषद के निर्माण को लेकर प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिया है. अब इसे अमल में लाने के लिए संसद की दोनों सदनों से पारित कराना होगा.
