A judicial inquiry has been started on the Rafale deal in France based on the claims of a publication named Mediapart. In the wake of this, the opposition JPC, including the Congress in India, has demanded a probe. Before the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi had made corruption a big issue in the Rafale deal, but the Supreme Court of India had given a clean chit to the Rafale deal.
