Addressing the CoWIN Global Conclave 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that the CoWIN platform will soon be made available to any and all countries looking to make use of it. He said that it is being made open-source as a public good to help the world combat Covid-19. Meanwhile, the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) said on Monday that London 2012 Olympics bronze medallist Mary Kom and men's hockey team captain Manpreet Singh will be India's flag bearers in the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Games.
