A Delhi Police constable returned a bag of cash worth Rs. 1 lakh to a labourer who forgot it at the Shivaji Bridge railway station’s platform while he was on his way home in Uttar Pradesh. Ct. Narender used Adhaar to link the mobile number and contact Vijay in order to return the bag of cash.
