Karnataka malls ready to reopen, Covid-19 curbs to ease from July 5

Malls and shopping complexes are preparing to reopen in Karnataka from July 5 after new guidelines were issued by the Karnataka Government. Sanitisation drive is underway inside malls as precaution. CEO of Garuda Mall Nandeesh said, “We are sanitising everything. Our workers are vaccinated and only vaccinated people are allowed in the mall”. After around three months, Karnataka government has decided to ease restrictions and resume the commercial activities across the state from July 5. Karnataka has over 48,000 active cases of Covid as of July 4.
