Spain became the first team to progress to the semifinals of the UEFA Euro 2020 after beating Switzerland 3-1 on penalties in St Petersburg on Friday. They were tied 1-1 at the end of extra time. Luis Enrique’s team got off to a brilliant start after Denis Zakaria deflected the ball into his own net in the eighth minute to give Spain an early lead.

Euro Cup 2020 में शुक्रवार देर रात दो बेहद ही रोमांचक मुकाबले खेले गए. पहले क्वार्टर फाइनल में Spain और Switzerland को कड़ी टक्कर हुई. लेकिन पेनल्टी शूटऑउट में स्पेन 3-1 से बाजी मारने में कामयाब हुआ और सेमीफाइनल में जगह पक्की कर ली. वहीं Italy ने टूर्नामेंट में अपनी जीत का सिलसिला Belgium के खिलाफ भी जारी रखा.
