The rains that lashed parts of Delhi-NCR on July 2 brought some relief to Delhiites who have been battling heat wave for the last three days. The Meteorological Department had predicted thunderstorms and rain in the evening. The minimum temperature in the city on July 2 was recorded at 27.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal. The Meteorological Department says that there is no possibility of monsoon in the city till July 7.

दिल्ली-एनसीआर के कुछ हिस्सों में 2 जुलाई को हुई बारिश से पिछले तीन दिनों से लू से जूझ रहे दिल्लीवासियों को कुछ राहत मिली. मौसम विभाग ने शाम को आंधी चलने और बारिश होने का अनुमान जताया था. शहर में 2 जुलाई को न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से एक डिग्री कम 27.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया. मौसम विभाग का कहना है कि शहर में सात जुलाई तक मानसून आने की कोई संभावना नहीं है.
