In Punjab, even on the day of Doctors' Day, the doctors of Government hospitals have to stage protests for their demands. Agitated doctors protested by begging for their salary and objected to the deduction at Faridkot, Punjab. The doctors shut down the OPD and begged the Punjab government to address their issue. The doctors expressed anger against the health minister, as the government has reduced the non-practicing allowance by five percent. Watch this video.
