Warm winds from Pakistan responsible for heat wave in India

There is tremendous havoc of heatwave in the country. In July, people are still waiting for rain. Heatwave is prevailing in North India. The mercury has reached 45 degrees in Mangeshpur, Delhi. Many cities of North India have become hot-air furnaces. It is so hot that even the cooler and AC have failed. The Meteorological Department has blamed the hot winds coming from Pakistan for this heat. Watch this report.
