In Bihar, along with the general public, ministers and leaders are also troubled by the dictatorial attitude of the officers. The situation is that even the officials are not listening to the social welfare minister of Bihar Madan Sahni. Madan Sahni has announced his resignation on Thursday, expressing his displeasure with the bureaucracy. Madan Sahni said that what will I do with home and car when I am not able to serve the public.
