Authorities have raised alert level 3 in Taal Volcano located in the province of Batangas because of increasing unrest. The NDRRMC is closely monitoring the situation and is now coordinating with all relevant agencies and local government's in Cavite and Batangas. It adds a contingency plan for this type of emergency is already in place.
