Emie Fernandez of Jose Rizal University ruled another event as she topped the field in the NCAA Season 96 women’s finweight division in speed kicking. Meanwhile, Arellano University’s Catherine Joy Vicente and San Beda University’s Nicole Anne Calasar took the second and third places, respectively.
