The Czech Republic defeated the Netherlands 2-0 to reach the quarter-finals of Euro 2020 with the help of goals scored in the second half from Thomas Holes and Patrick Schick. The Netherlands had to play with 10 players in the 55th minute of the second half after Mathias de Lit was given a red card and the Czech Republic took full advantage of it.
