Easy Chicken Teriyaki

Teriyaki chicken made to perfection with only 2 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar (or dark brown)
Oil to fry
1/4 cup chopped Spring onions
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Prep:
Cut chicken into strips
Heat frying pan with a little oil and fry chicken bites for 5 minutes without touching.
Flip each bite to the other side and fry for 2 more minutes.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and stir.
Simmer for 5 minutes
Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve with rice.
