Magashule and ANC in court over step-aside

The ANC is refuting claims by Ace Magashule that its NEC narrowed down the step-aside rule, after the party's 2017 national conference. Lawyers representing the party say even if this WAS the case, it was not beyond the top six's scope. Magashule has taken the ANC to court to have his suspension as secretary-general overturned.
