The Celtics hired Ime Udoka as their 18th head coach on Wednesday, as Brad Stevens tapped into the Gregg Popovich coaching tree with a choice that Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum reportedly approved. Bobby Manning and A. Sherrod Blakely discussed Udoka on Dome Theory, among the other candidates, last week as it appears Udoka is similar to Stevens, with some key differences in that he's a Black former player with some occasional edge.
