इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने पति से अलग होकर दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ लिव इन रिलेशन में रह रही महिला को संरक्षण का आदेश देने से इनकार कर दिया है। साथ ही याचिका खारिज करते हुए उस पर पांच हजार रुपये का हर्जाना भी लगाया है।
