Heavy rains in the catchment area of Nepal and Gandak river for the last 24 hours have increased the concern of Bihar. The water level of the Gandak river has increased drastically after the rains in the Terai areas of Nepal. Due to heavy rains, a flood-like situation has arisen in many districts of Bihar.
