Punjab: Contractual teachers stage protest against Govt

Contractual teachers of Punjab on Wednesday staged a huge protest against Captain Amarinder Singh’s Government. The protesters gathered from different districts demanded regularisation of their jobs, which Captain Amarinder Singh had promised them in 2015. A few contractual teachers also protested against the government after reaching the terrace of the Education board’s building. While one of the protestors consumed posionous in order to meet their demands. Watch this video.
