Tripura Pradesh Congress on June 16 protested in front of a fuel filling station in Agartala against the Centre over continuous hike in fuel prices. Congress supporters with posters in their hands led by state party president Pijush Kanti Biswas raised slogans against the BJP government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for rise in prices. Biswas said that Modi is increasing the price of fuel to help in increasing the corporate profit of Ambani and Adani at the cost of the pocket of common people.
