Pangani Affordable Houses to be competed in May 2022

The Pangani Affordable Housing Project continues to take shape and it is part of a low–cost housing project with phase one set to construct 1562 housing units. The first block consists of 160 units and being the pilot project, it is estimated to cost around Sh25 billion and sits on 5.2 acres of land valued at Sh4 billion.
