Good News | Fruit vendors feed monkeys in Madurai amid lockdown

Fruit vendors in India's southern Tamil Nadu state are feeding about 1,000 hungry monkeys at a temple there during a lockdown imposed to curb the spread of coronavirus.
Due to the lockdown, the famous Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple in the state's Madurai city has been empty for the past month, and monkeys have been seen wandering around the area in search of food.
About ten fruit vendors came to the rescue of the starving animals and fed them fruits. Watch the full report to know more.
