Heavy downpours led to water-logging in parts of Mumbai, even resulting in the closure of roads and rail tracks in Mumbai on Friday. But it can be disastrous, about 407 buildings are in a worsened condition. On Thursday itself, 12 people were killed when a building collapsed in Malad.
