Surgeries on hold despite lifting of Melbourne’s lockdown

Melbourne has come out of lockdown while there were zero cases of COVID recorded in the state today. But for some, there’s no reason to celebrate. Surgeons are questioning why life-changing elective surgery has been put on hold until next week, while some businesses still can’t operate.
