Banks to raise charges for ATM withdrawals

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday approved a hike in the interchange fees per transaction through automated teller machines (ATMs) from the existing rupees 15 to 17 for financial transactions. The customers will be allowed five free transactions, including financial and non-financial ones on a monthly basis from their own bank ATMs. Watch the video for more information.
