Ahead of Delhi visit, UP chief minister had held a meeting on Wednesday night with state BJP chief Swatantra Dev Singh and state general secretary in-charge of the organisation Sunil Bansal in Lucknow. Although the government said it was a routine meeting which is held every month, Sunil Bansal had reached Lucknow via helicopter to attend this meeting, sources said.
