The much awaited third phase vaccination drive for people in the 18-44 age group kicked off in Bhubaneswar on Monday. The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) initiated the exercise after receiving 1.5 lakh doses of Covaxin from Bharat Biotech.
