Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department, Pradipta Mohapatra. While briefing media, Mohapatra said that the state currently has surplus oxygen which is why it is supplying it to other states. However, once the demand for oxygen goes up in Odisha, then the priority will be to meet our own-demand first.
