Troops of Indian Army and Uzbekistan Army are carrying out joint military exercise 'Dustlik-II' in Uttarakhand’s Chaubatia area. 45 soldiers each from Uzbekistan and Indian Army are participating in the military exercise. Practice of firing on newly inducted SIG Sauer 716 assault rifles, cordon and search operation and jungle shooting drill conducted. Weapons used in the joint operation provided by India. The 10-day military exercise will conclude on March 19.
