A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed on Tuesday to curb forest fires in the state. The Bharatiya Vikas Parishad, a social outfit filed a PIL in the Orissa High Court seeking appropriate measures to contain the wildfire in Similipal biosphere reserve and other forests across the State.
