In a major development in the sensational 1999 Anjana Mishra gang rape case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a petition in the Special CJM court seeking permission to conduct the Test Identification (TI) parade of accused Biban Biswal. Moreover, the CBI Kolkata has also prayed the court seeking remand of Biban who was recently arrested from Maharashtra after remaining absconding for almost 22 years.
