In yet another incident of human-elephant conflict, a jumbo wreaked havoc in Mondei and Brahmanapally villages under Sadar Range of Sambalpur district. The jumbo terrorized the locals last night when it entered the village and caused widespread damage.

Here is the jumbo almost half inside a house and smashing up everything that’s coming its way. The jumbo somehow managed to get its trunk through the window of the house probably looking for food. Here the elephant can be seen wreaking havoc inside another house in a similar fashion. With its trunk inside the window, no items seem safe from its violent whips. Later, the jumbo can be seen fleeing from the site with dogs and villagers chasing it away in the middle of the night.
