A youth was thrashed and detained by the irate locals for allegedly clicking photographs of a woman without her permission at Udala area in Mayurbhanj district.

After the woman complained, the villagers and bystanders allegedly thrashed the youth and detained him.

As per allegations the youth was snapping photographs of a woman in public without her permission.

Irate locals also forced the youth to delete the pictures from his cellphone. Later, he was handed over to the Police.
