Odisha Government To Reopen Schools From January 8 | OTV News

Odisha government on Saturday announced dates for reopening of schools across the State. As per the order of the School and Mass Education Department, schools for Class X and Class XII students will reopen on January 8.
The decision has been taken by the state government keeping the interest of the students in mind so that they can timely appear for all India competitive examinations.
A detailed SOP has also been released which will be followed by the school and district administration to enable students to prepare for examinations.
As per the schedule, 100 days of classroom teaching will be ensured for the students including classes on Saturdays and Sundays.
For matric students, classes will commence from January 8 and continue till April 26. In case of Plus 2 students, classes will commence from January 8 and continue till April 28.
