Welcoming the New Year with some cricket craze, BCCI’s tournament, Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy is all set to begin from January 10. Six venues namely Bangalore, Kolkata, Vadodara, Indore, Mumbai and Chennai will host this tournament in January 2021.

38 teams participating in the tournament have been divided into five Elite groups of A, B, C, D and E among which the Odisha has been placed in the Elite B group. Apart from Odisha, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, and Assam are placed in this group.

OTV caught up with the Chief Coach of Odisha T20 team, Rashmi Ranjan Parida to know about the team’s preparations for tournament.
