Fraud Case: Akash Pathak Sent to Jail After Remand Ends | OTV News

Akash Pathak was sent to jail on Monday after conclusion of his 4–day remand. Akash was produced in the SDJM court by Police following which he was sent to judicial custody at Jharpada Jail today. Akash was arrested in connection with TATA Motors job scam and fraud allegations levelled by the Sky King travel agency in Bhubaneswar.
While being produced in court, Akash Pathak told media persons that he has not agreed to any of the allegations by the Crime Branch.
But the police claimed to have extracted vital information from Akash Pathak in connection with the Rs 65 lakh fraud charges levelled against him by Sky King travel agency. On the other hand, the Commissionerate Police has sought two-day remand of Akash’s father, tainted-IFS Abhay Kant Pathak in connection with the Sky King case.
