Arrested IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak today moved the Bhubaneswar Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court seeking bail. Abhay applied for bail in connection with the fraud allegations levelled against him by Sky King travel agency.
A day earlier, Pathak’s son Akash was taken on four-day remand by the Commissionerate Police (CP) for further interrogation in the alleged fraud case. The Commissionerate Police took Akash into remand to interrogate him about a complaint filed by the Sky King travel agency.
