With all eyes fixed on the probe into the sensational Nayagarh minor girl murder case, some shocking details surfaced today.
Saroj Sethi, a resident from Pari’s native village Jadupur in Nayagarh district has levelled severe allegations against the Special Investigation Team lead, IG Arun Bothra. Saroj has alleged that Arun Bothra, who is currently heading the probe, offered him Rs 5 lakh to take all the blame in the case. According to Saroj, Bothra said that they will show him as juvenile by reducing his age from 18 to 17 years if he comes forward as the culprit.
Saroj said that he is being suspected because Pari had come to his house the day before she went missing. Saroj also said that his blood, saliva and samples of his clothes and other belongings have been taken. Saroj claimed that he is innocent and if anything happens to him or his family then Bothra will be responsible.
