Kangana Ranaut renovating her office
Kangana Ranaut was seen at her office in Mumbai's Bandra that was demolished by the BMC - the main civic body of the city last year in September.

Apparently, she was inspecting the renovation work at her office.
The action was carried out a day after a notice was issued to Ranaut. She moved the court asking for the demolition to be deemed illegal.

Court proceedings went on till the first week of October. The court concluded the hearing and reserved its order in the matter.

The BMC faced condemnation for not showing such promptness in other cases of illegal structures. Ranaut's lawyer claimed that the demolition was done in a vengeful manner, as not just the structures within the office but also the furniture and other fixtures were demolished.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut's much-awaited project 'Thalaivi' which was slated for a theatrical release on April 23, this year got postponed due to the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in India. The film is a biopic on the life of Tamil Nadu's celebrated actress-turned-politician Jayalalithaa.

She also has Tejas, Dhaakad, and "Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda" in the pipeline. Kangana has also signed up to play the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in an upcoming political drama.
