Foreign Secretary of Pakistan & Former High Commissioner of Pakistan to India) and discusses the Lahore Declaration (signed in 1999), and its renewed importance in the aftermath of Pulwama and Balakot. The conversation discusses the confidence-building measures (CBMs) that emerged as a consequence of this declaration, in line with the Simla agreement (1972).
