Parliamentary elections were held in Afghanistan after a gap of nearly nine years, under the shadow of Taliban violence. The country has also seen continued American presence. India, China, Iran and Pakistan, as Afghanistan's neighbouring countries have an important role to play in its future. Can there be cooperation between these countries?
