Parkour, the French military regimen inspired discipline, found in the late 80s, is quietly emerging as a street sport across cities around the world. Here we capture India's first generation of 'self-trained' Parkour pioneers. The sport is bringing together people from various parts of Delhi, as youngsters from various backgrounds become a part of its growing circle of practitioners. They are usually mocked and criticized for their actions which include jumping, vaulting, swinging over obstacles, but they believe their sport will eventually be accepted.

This video features Mujahid Habib, a Red Bull Indus Trail Parkour champion and his teammates from Jamia Nagar and East Delhi. Some of these youngsters are going to participate in an international game series - the Ultimate Beast Master, being organised in Los Angeles later this year.
