'Missing' posters of Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu have been put up in his assembly constituency, Amritsar East, promising to give Rs 50,000 as a reward to anyone who 'finds' the MLA. The posters have been put up by an NGO which alleges that Sidhu, after winning the election, forgot about the promise of development he made to the people. Watch this video.
