What are the means of BJP's brainstorming over UP?

BJP has done a big brainstorming on Uttar Pradesh for three days. After series of meetings involving senior state government ministers, the party's organization general secretary BL Santosh has returned to Delhi and will give the report of UP to the central leadership of the party.
