Blinken says US will distribute vaccines 'without political requirements'

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the US will announce the criteria for the distribution of Covid-19 vaccines to various countries soon, but says the distribution will come "without political requirements of those receiving them". Blinken is in Costa Rica for a two-day visit, where he is also set to discuss the "root causes" of undocumented migration to the United States.
