There's been a huge spike in vaccine uptake across Victoria since the snap lockdown was introduced. Martin Keogh is the Chief Operating Officer at Monash Health, which is managing 2 of Melbourne's vaccination hubs and he says he's noticed a big uptake in shots being administered.
