Delhi High Court has junked a petition that sought to stay on the Central Vista project and said it is an essential project and of national importance. The Delhi High Court bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh has also fined the petitioners Rs 1 lakh and said the petition is not bona fide.
