Resident doctors' association to hold nationwide protest today against Baba Ramdev's remarks

Upset over Yoga guru Baba Ramdev’s remarks on allopathy, members of the federation of resident doctors' associations said they will hold a nationwide protest today and observe it as a 'black day'. An FIR was lodged against Baba Ramdev by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) on Thursday over "dishonest and wrongful representations" of allopathy. The federation has also sought an "unconditional open public apology" from Ramdev.
