Victoria's Covid outbreak has renewed calls for dedicated national quarantine facilities, a cause which independent MP Zali Steggall is backing. Tomorrow she'll table a parliamentary motion pushing for a more effective vaccination rollout and a clear roadmap for re-opening borders.
