Mass hospitalisation of TAS salmon processing plant staff

The use of a gas-powered forklift inside a Tasmanian salmon processing plant is being blamed for the mass hospitalisation of staff with carbon monoxide poisoning. The union representing workers say it's not the first time Tassal staff have been dangerously exposed to the gas.
